What exactly does "fully managed" mean? +
It means we handle everything — hardware, installation, software, content updates and technical support. You have no access to any system or software. When you need something changed on your screens, you simply contact us with the request and we handle it remotely.
How do I request a content update? +
Simply contact us by email or phone with your update — a new image, video, price change or announcement. Send us the files or details and we handle the rest. Updates typically appear on your screens within minutes of your request.
What happens if my internet connection goes down? +
SignagePanel is built with offline resilience. Your content is cached directly on the Android Stick at your location. If the internet is lost, screens continue playing your content without any interruption. As soon as connectivity returns, the system automatically syncs any queued updates.
Can you manage screens across multiple locations? +
Yes. We manage all your sites centrally. Each location and each screen has its own independent content, which we update separately on your request. Perfect for small chains, franchises or businesses with multiple premises.
What types of content can be displayed? +
We can display images (JPG, PNG), videos (MP4, MOV), web pages and custom text content such as menus, price lists or announcements. Simply send us the content and we handle formatting, uploading and scheduling. Each item can have its own display duration.
Is there a contract or minimum term? +
Monthly maintenance has no long-term contract — you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual prepay plans offer a discount and are paid upfront for 12 months. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers hardware and installation costs.
What TV size is recommended? +
For most hospitality and retail environments, a 50" or 55" screen is the most popular choice. In the Complete Package, the TV is included in the £625 per screen price. For the Software Package, we can advise on the most suitable screen for your space before you purchase.
